FAQ’s

• How do I get a username and password?

  All current and previous youth and day campers have an account with a username and password. New campers can get a username and password by creating an account. If you are not sure you have one, click on "Forgot Password." You can also call 1-877-474-6326 and speak to one of our registrars.

• Can I be in the same cabin or group as my friend?

  We would love to help make that happen! If you and your friend register for the same camp session and are within one grade of each other and at the same camp you can complete a cabin mate request on your account status page.

• How many friends may I request to have in my cabin or group?

  You may request up to 3 friends for a group total of 4. All friends in the group must be within one grade of each other.

• What is the non-refundable deposit?

  Each of our camps requires a non-refundable deposit.

• How do I switch my camp session?

  Starting on August 21, 2019 (youth camp) or August 20, 2019 (family camp) registered campers may switch their Summer 2020 registration to a different session. To make a switch click the "Switch Session" link on your account status page next to the session you want to change. If you do not see the link, please call our Registration department (1-877-474-6326) to complete the switch. There is no fee to switch sessions, but if you are switching to a higher-priced session we will need to make the appropriate adjustments to your payment plan at that time.

• Does my deposit still apply if I switch weeks?

  Yes. If you register for a session and later switch to a different session, we will apply your original deposit to the new session.
